FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my B.A. in Theater Arts with creative design courses for theatrical makeup, and costuming and continue my education by taking classes from Professional Face Painter Lilly Walters who holds monthly lessons and workshops will industry leaders like Mark Reid.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A good face painter should always let you know what their rules and conditions are before they take the job. They should let you know how many faces they expect to paint in an hour so that you can book appropriately. Find out what their policy is if they go over the booking time, and ask if they will be providing all their own supplies (including a table and chairs) or if they will be expecting you to provide these things for them. Also, a good indication of a professional is the kind of paint they use. Ask the brand. Mehron (Paradise), Wolfe, TAG, Diamond FX, Kryolan, FAB, and BenNye are all top quality brands that they should be using if they are charging professional rates.
