Vitali replaced our old beat up creaky kitchen vinyl floor with new LVP flooring. From the beginning Vitaly has been Greta to work with. He was at our home for an assessment the next where he provided the estimate. Once we ordered the flooring we were able to quickly schedule the installation. Vitali picked up the flooring from Home Depot for us too! Unfortunately the flooring we ordered was damaged and could not be installed that day. However, there was no frustration on his part. In fact he was sympathetic and was happy to reschedule the installation at no extra cost. The quality of his work is exceptional! The main motivation to replace our floors was the creaking sound it was making. He diligently removed and reinstalled nails on our subfloor and made sure there was no creaky spot left ! Scheduling was a breeze, his responses are prompt and he is very punctual! I would highly recommend Vitali for any flooring issues.
