- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount to any of our "heroes" (military, law enforcement, teachers, firefighters). Once a client completes one job with us, they can opt in to be added to our Box Family Plan that allows them access to discounts and services that aren't advertised for non-clients. It's our way of saying "thank you" and building a long term relationship instead of ending once the job is complete.
