If you want a tv hung then they will handle it. If you want cord management, connecting multiple devices, and confirming everything is working properly, then find someone who specializes in that. I am disappointed they ignored my requests and wanted no part in going above and beyond. Guys were professional and polite but no desire to get the complete job done
