Introduction: My expertise in Gluten Free Baking and Cooking is demonstrated through the quality of my food. Many who have eaten my meals say they cannot tell that my food is gluten free, and that it tastes better than they remember the original recipe tasting.
I love that I am great at what I do, and I deeply enjoy cooking food for people.
I think preparing food and feeding people brings nourishment not only to our bodies but to our spirits. Feeding people is a way of loving them, in the same way that feeding ourselves is a way of honoring our own createdness and fragility.
