We were referred to Rivera’s by my friend, who also had her floors done by this company, and had a great experience. From start to finish, our experience was fantastic! Pablo came to give us an in person quote. He measured, explained everything thoroughly and answered all questions we had. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. He said we could find our own flooring, or work with them if we chose that route. What’s great about this company is that they work directly with some flooring companies, so our quote even included the flooring itself (we went with Gaia white series impala LVP). Once we decided to go with them and put down the deposit, our flooring was installed the same week. Three polite employees came and our flooring (we had 2 rooms done, roughly 600sqft total) and new baseboards were installed BEAUTIFULLY that same day! This was the most stress free experience I could have asked for. Rivera’s is a professional, well run company, with fair pricing and great employees. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their flooring.

Javier was great to work with. He was responsive, did great work installing 600 sqft of engineered hardwood floor, and pricing was very transparent. The install included removing previously glue down engineered floor, doing some leveling, and removing and replacing base boards. The work was very good and would recommend Javier.

We found the workmen who came to repair our water-damaged hardwood floor to be excellent professionals who did all the work to the highest standard, replacing the damaged wood and getting it to match well with the existing wood. The sanding and staining was done in a very orderly manner without much dust getting around the kitchen. We found the workmen were friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done as perfectly as possible. We would strongly recommend Rivera's Fine Flooring based on our experience.

We recently got vinyl flooring installed in our house through Rivera’s fine flooring. Javier was extremely prompt and helpful in replying to all my questions/requests. He helped me pick out the best shade, showed me the samples in person, great at communicating any queries. David installed my floors, moved the furniture, put everything back in its place. He is very professional, hardworking and knowledgeable. They also made sure all my doors fit perfectly according to the new floor. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them for all future flooring needs.

Before considering Rivera's Fine flooring, we consulted with two prestigious flooring stores in addition to Home Depot and Lowes. I find Javier most knowledgeable and he explained to me in depth what to expect and when. Thanks to his team we were able to complete the project on time and within budget. From the initial measurements (Jose) to installation (Hipolito), Javier presented a stellar team and helped replace the carpet with engineered hardwood. Some family members were experiencing allergy issues from the carpet so this project has made a big impact on our family health. Thank you Javier and your team! Linda

Starting with the latest laser precision software we are able to present a detailed estimate and floor plan prior to leaving client's homes. We bring our client's vision to life efficiently with both high quality flooring and craftsmanship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the flooring trade since the age of thirteen. 25 years plus of experience. Thanks to the flooring trade, I was able to succeed in starting my flooring business, earning my real estate broker's license, and graduating from San Diego State University majoring in finance.
