Make it as personable as I can!! Every person I come in contact with is immediately family!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 degrees in hospitality/culinary arts. I have been baking since I was 5. All of the experience I have in this line of work is most impacted by my experience through a number of different avenues.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm the fourth generation of my family of bakers.
