1. Any estimate for repair would be agreed on before any repair is made. 2. Parts would have to be paid prior to repair and labor paid once job is complete. 1. Next Service $40 OFF. 2. Two Appliance %10 OFF. 3. Senior Discount $50 OFF.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Set an initial appointment. 2. Perform needed diagnostics. 3. I make an estimate for parts and labor repair. 4. All risks in the process of diagnosis and repair are on me. 5. I only perform repairs on condition that the repair is completed successfully and it makes sense. 6. I provide only high-quality service, it's not always cheap, but it's worth it.. 7. I will not perform a service if I feel that the device may have further problems in the future. 8. I give a 6 month guarantee on my labor and parts.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
From childhood. At the age of 14 I was already repairing TVs. For about 2 years in the army, I was engaged in the repair of powerful more than 1 kilowatt high-frequency radio stations. Worked for 6 years in a service center, Samsung, Toshiba, LG, Electrolux. For the past 5 years, I have been repairing home appliances.
