Max installed a new washer door gasket on my Kenmore Elite washer. I'd ordered the part from Amazon. He offered me an unbeatable price for installing it. He arrived on time and got to work right away. While doing the work, he explained to me what he was doing, how tricky some parts can be. While doing the installation he went one step above and even cleaned up the surrounding areas that had a lot of grime in them. The whole process took about 90mins or less. At the end of it all, I felt that Max had not only installed the door gasket but also done some maintenance work on it. We did a test run to make sure nothing was leaking. Max is also great at conversations about a myriad of topics. We were talking about some of his experiences from back home and it was great to learn all that. Overall I'd recommend him to anyone looking to get their appliances repaired!

Max quickly responded to our request to fix our dryer even though it was late in the evening. He bought the parts and fixed our dryer. He also performed water heater maintenance. Max did a great job on our Whirlpool dryer that was making a thunderous noise. It wasn't the bearings. It was the idler pulley, which he cleaned and replaced. Problem solved. Highly recommended. Very smooth, knows his stuff. Fascinating background story being Polish / Ukrainian from Vladivostok. Enjoyed the conversation as he proceeded with the repair.
