I was very lucky that I found Robert on the internet, after called 3 appraisers I previous used and they didn't know anything about a construction type of appraisal for a building permit and are not willing to phone or go to the City Building department. After explaining 2 minutes to Robert over the phone, he said he had similar experience, he asked my the house info, also building officer's email and number, he got down to business right away, he was able to get what I needed in 2 days, which really saved this project. I highly recommended Robert Rich to anyone needing a appraisal.
