- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not complicated at all. We will send a proposal for a one time job, after reviewing, just sign it and send it back to our office. For the ongoing cleaning services we email a simple proposal. Review it, sign it and send back to out office. Then we schedule the job and get it done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always keep my self educated especially with what kind of solution we use to clean our customers work places. Reducing the exposure to chemicals and using instead more environmentally healthy solutions, not only helps you, but those around you. It also slows down or reversing the effect we are creating in our planet. At CleanServ we use cleaning products that clean and protect,people and the Environment.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a janitor for one company for 9 years. I was happy as a janitor but one business owner saw me work and asked me if I wanted to clean his office. I said "yes" and that's how I started my business.
