We had a great experience working with Pedro and his team over the last two weeks. We started with adding cosmetic wood trim to the soffit of an ADU and rebuilding a garden shed. Along the way we needed to make decisions on stain, trim, painting and other details and he was always open to discuss options while being knowledgeable to inform on recommended approaches. I like to stay involved in the details and of course we encountered lots of kinks along the way due to the age of the house and prior work. Pedro is very amenable to taking some direction when needed and also partnering on the approach.
As we wrapped up the two bigger projects, Pedro also took on a handful of other projects including refinishing an Ipe wood gate that now somehow looks better than when it was first built!
His knowledge across multiple trades, good communication, and punctuality really stand out. Treat him and his crew with respect and you will be happy. Cost, quality, and on time, he checks all the boxes! Looking forward to the next set of projects with him.

Pedro and team were instrumental to transforming the look of the 70's house we recently purchased. Pedro was very helpful with suggestions on executing the look that we were after, for the budget that we had available.
The project included replacing siding with new hardwood and stucco on front of house, excavating pre-existing concrete patio and installing a new hardwood deck, installation of new window frames to match the siding, in addition to other smaller construction work that came as side jobs to the project.
Overall the experience of working with Pedro and team was very good. If we had any issues, Pedro would listen and fix it, to make sure things were done right - you can't ask for more than that from a contractor. I would have no problem recommending or hiring Pedro & team again.

This company has done a fantastic job for us. The project plan we had was for our sad garage that needed repair, finishing, partial renovation and painting. We also needed to convert an odd space under the staircase to serve as additional storage. Juan came over to understand what we needed and right off the bat had various suggestions and clever ideas to fix and repair. He proposed a timeline and gave us a reasonable and transparent quote. Juan and Roberto showed up promptly each day until the project was satisfactorily complete firstly for them and then for me. They paid keen attention to our requirements. They fixed itty-bitty areas and made sure that every nook and cranny was corrected to give a clean finish throughout. The existing wood paneling was not available in stores and so they figured out how to create and build wood paneling that matched the original ones. They have a set goal to achieve each day and are always ahead of schedule. Juan and Roberto paid attention to finishing details that really made a difference. They have all relevant tools for their job and I noticed that they brought their microwave to the worksite. It was to warm their lunch that they bring from home. How exceptional.
They take pride in their work and craftmanship and do not take shortcuts. They keep a clean working environment and always clear up the mess left behind each day. Their work ethics are great and their professionalism is excellent. They have experience with almost everything that a house needs. We are very happy with their work. We highly recommend this team to anyone interested in doing home renovation, upgrades and home improvement on their property. If you need quality work done on a decent timeline with a reasonable budget in mind then this is the team you want to hire.
We have gone back to them for subsequent projects as well. Our leaky roof was fixed quickly by the same team. They will soon be coming in to work on one of our bedroom closets.

Using Thumbtack was a good alternate rather than going through a contractor which was very expensive. I searched for siding installation and came across Pedro’s profile. I was very impressed after reviewing his work at the Sunol project as it was similar to my project but smaller. When I met him, I envisioned what needed to be completed with the siding repair. He was very professional and offered several alternative solutions to my project in order to minimize cost without going over my budget. He provided several references which I only used one from the Sunol project. The feedback was very positive and allowed me to further pursue Pedro in starting my project. He showed up with his crew of 3 early Saturday morning and completed the project in 6 hours. Upon completion, he texted me the final pic of the siding repair. I was very impressed with his accomplishments and would highly recommend him for your construction, repair or remodeling project. Here’s a pic of the before and after of the siding repair. I plan to get a quote and utilize his service for some other projects around the house.
