True to the name… fast clean…but not thorough. It was definitely rushed to get the job done. Very disappointed! I had to vacuum and clean multiple areas after she left.

We appreciate your contact. We have a communication failure, my professional arrived early and left at 4:45 pm, so it's 5 hours of work and that's not fast! According to us, we were not informed that there were animals in the house, every house with an animal has an extra cleaning fee and requires two cleaning services! thirdly, I was informed that after cleaning you and the dog went to the living room and unfortunately like every house it will get dirty again, as we walked around we took dirt everywhere, they made food, packed the grocery box etc and every time she came back to clean it and didn't complain. I was told that even getting on the bench to clean it was done, so I would like to ask you to reflect on whether there really wasn't dedication in trying to do your best. thanks
