My minimum labor charge is $400. This is only the minimum — final pricing depends on the size of the project, preparation required, condition of the surfaces, and overall scope of work. Larger or more detailed projects will be priced accordingly. I understand that getting estimates is part of planning a project. However, if your main goal is to contact several contractors simply to find the lowest possible price, I may not be the right fit for your project. I focus on providing fair pricing, proper preparation, clean work, reliability, and professional results. My pricing is competitive compared with larger painting companies while still allowing me to take the time necessary to complete the job correctly. I provide all necessary tools and standard painting supplies, carefully protect the work area, and make sure the project is completed properly.
