Luis was the first painter to reply to my request for a painter. included photos and he gave me an estimate using the photos and info I provided with the request. He arrived this morning and by early afternoon my office fresh and bright, he cleaned up, and left. I would definitely work with him again. In fact, I asked him for an estimate for additional painting. :)
