- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule an initial complimentary coaching session to understand the clients goals and motivation for coaching. If there's a good fit we proceed with scheduling. Typically, I meet with clients bi-weekly for ~45 minutes sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My academic background is in Organizational Development and Education. Understanding team dynamics, the importance of growing leaders, and the benefits of a diverse work environment is what brought me to coaching. Working with people to lead richer, more meaningful lives and having the confidence to bring their full selves forward is what energizes and fuels me. I believe there’s a strong correlation between employees living meaningful, well-rounded lives, and the success of the organizations they work at. My professional background is in People Development and Education. I have coached at a large Tech company for over 3 years. As an internal coach my clients often come to me to discuss career, well-being, and topics around work-life balance. I am the founder of Fulfillment Coaching and my clients have included lawyers, entrepreneurs, engineers, columnists, teachers, marketers, executives, new grads and parents. Regardless of the topic, I meet each client where they are, hold their agenda and use a whole person approach to empower them to reach their goals, and then reach beyond that. I have spent the last ten years in the People Operations organization at a large High Tech company. I have contributed to a variety of roles including: training and facilitating, consulting for team development, staffing, operations, coaching and teaching. I have a deep commitment towards self mastery and developing others.
