Made an appointment with roto rooter for the next day. I received several confirmations via email and text and was even required to call their 800# to give them the same info that I gave on thumbtack(name, number, address). After about 7 total confirmations, and 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment time I called roto and they said sorry, no technician is coming. Really? I will never call them again
