I had other plumbers worked on the issue before and Roto Rooter was the only one that gave me a warranty for the service performed. I was amazed with the professionalism and workmanship of Ricardo while performing the repair. The only thing is the cost which I believe in the long run will be worth it.

Joshua was super helpful and very patient with explaining all that was going wrong with the issue I had. He even showed proof videos of him explaining the process as he went along.
