- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our initial consultation, we will discuss your specific needs and provide a transparent project quote. Once we move forward, you will receive access to our secure online portal to safely upload your documents for expedited service. After reviewing your information, we will meet (in-person/virtual) to discuss our findings and strategic suggestions before completing the final steps of your filing or project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rigo Martinez, a Marine Corps veteran, holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Roosevelt University and an MBA from Northern Illinois University. He is a highly credentialed Enrolled Agent (EA) and also holds elite designations as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Analytics Certified Data Analyst (ACDA). Ruchi Martinez holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management from National Louis University. Her professional background is defined by years of comprehensive experience in accounting and business operations.
