Repairman was very thorough and tried his best. Unfortunately the washer is apperently obsolete. He did present with an alternative solution and after discussion I decided it was best just to replace the whole machine. I would definitely call him again.

I was told that a diagnosis fee would be waived if they do their Repair but when they came out, they recommended a replacement of the stovetop. I move forward with them to install The New stove top and they did not wave the diagnosis fee because this is considered an “installation” and not a repair. That seems like such shady business. After escalating they made an exception. Then when it came to doing the work, they did a good job on installing it, but did not dispose of the old stove top. When I asked about it, they said it was an extra $150 to haul it. This company is just trying to Nickel and dime every little thing. I wish they would be more professional and be upfront and transparent.
