Chris Johnson went to fix a problem with the AC unit in my condo in Irvine, CA. The tenant was complaining that the upper floor was freezing but the bottom floor was hot, which suggests that there might be a problem with duct work. Chris did a full analysis to the unit and reported back the findings and the full way to resolve the problem completely. We continued to discuss the options and came up with a good trade-off option that will mitigate the problem, and while not be the full solution, it will solve the problem for much cheaper. After we agreed Steve completed the job properly and left behind a very happy tenant (and a happy landlord).
I would definitely use Chris's services again and recommend anybody with an HVAC issue to contact him, that is if you want to work with a person and a company that is fair, reasonable, articulate, respectful and professional!

Integrity Air recently installed a new air conditioning and heating system and WOW! They are clean and kept me informed on all aspects of the project. Their price was great and customer service was excellent. Will refer and use them again.

We recently needed our entire AC system replaced. We had 3 companies bid the job. Chris at Integrity Air won the job because of how he helped walked us through the process and how he presented our options. He wasn’t selling us, he was helping put together the right system for us and our home. The Job was completed on time, on budget, and his teams work is really clean.

My air conditioner stopped worked during the summer. I had been referred to Integrity Air so I gave them a call. Chris came out and was able to get it up and running in about an hour. He did a great job at a reasonable price. I will be referring him.
