Great experience with our Nicholas. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the preventative maintenance visit and our mini split installation. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to actually show me what he was finding and explain why he was making certain recommendations, rather than simply telling me that something needed to be done.

He showed me the condition of the system, pointed out debris buildup in the indoor unit, explained the compressor readings, and walked me through preventative options to help protect an older system. He answered my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured.

It's refreshing to work with someone who takes the time to educate the homeowner and lets you make an informed decision. The work was clean and professional, and I felt confident in the service I received. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Out system stopped for some reason randomly and I called up Nicholas and he came out within a few hours. He was able to diagnose the problem and ran to the store to get us a part, even though it was already late in the day. He came back and installed and even replaced our filters at no extra charge.
Really appreciate the work SoCal Comfort did and would recommend to anyone. Friendly and professional!

Our A/C stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. Nick came over and was able to diagnose and replace a broken part that very evening. He charged us $200 for parts and labor. Others were going to charge that much just to show up on short notice. Thanks Nick!

I was very pleased with his work. Very professional, value, on time. He showed me pictures of everything that was wrong. Broke down what needed to be fixed and why it was working a certain way. once the job was done my AC was blowing so much cooler and I'm so thankful. definitely will hire again and recommend his work.
