Ms. Carla Isbell served as our design and general contractor in 2008 following damages to our church from Hurricane Ike in Galveston, TX . The building incurred massive flood and wind damage. Restoration included complete plumbing, electrical, HVAC, sheetrock, flooring, etc. We found Ms. Isbell professional and knowledgeable. The sub-contractors she used were highly skilled.
