FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing on flat rates. Hourly rate contractors tend to be slower to try to raise the total cost of service. We charge competitive/fair pricing and do so on multiple jobs per day. This is how we stay busy, and make decent money, by charging fair prices, to 5 or more customers a day. We make our money in volume not by overcharging and inflating bills.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Diagnose the problem. 2. Give a quote based on diagnosis. 3. Perform work. 4. Collect payment and earn another customer for life!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have done every type of plumbing from custom homes, to hotels, to restaurants, to small repair jobs.
