Tax debt is a virtual snowball.Once, it starts rolling, its very difficult to stopthe penalties and interest become suffocating, and debilitating.I was greeted professionally, positively and with compassion.they gave me a thread of hope, but kept it real and did not over-promise, and immediately set about the task of representing me.The staff worked diligently to gather information and communicate with the IRS, and be my advocate. Finally, someone to lean on. For the first time..someone else was calling the IRS on my behalf, to represent me.Long story shortit took eighteen (covid) months to resolve and countless documents.There were many people working behind the scenes on my behalf that took a personal approach and interest to help me see the light of day againmost notably Renee.She is efficient, direct and never waivers.Tax Debt Service was in constant communication with the IRS, provided me with regular status updates, and gave me the hope that a resolution was possible.My deepest gratitude to the staff of Tax Debt Services and especially to Renee, and to the IRS for not driving the last proverbial nail in the coffin, and giving me the opportunity to dust myself off and contribute again.

I worked with Tax Debt Services beginning in Feb 2020. Terri Carrera and Alyssa Hall were both invaluable in getting my tax debt situation resolved. TDS responds to EVERY inquiry, regardless of how small the question and they were happy to answer any questions I had. Not only did they help with getting my enormous tax debt lowered, they stayed on top of every step and provided all the necessary information quickly. I didn't have to do hardly anything as they took care of it for me. Signed some paperwork, gave information, and that was it. Their fee is also very reasonable. I'd recommend TDS to anyone, and actually have, to several friends and family members. If you have tax issues, call them first. You won't regret you did.

I really enjoyed doing business with this Company, their service was very professional, and efficient, Renee Garcia always kept me update about what I owed on my tax. The rest of the staff is always there to help me out when I called. I am so grateful for Tax Debt Services because they paid attention to getting me debt free, I now owe NOTHING to the IRS. If I could give this company a hundred stars I would, and anyone who owe significant amounts in tax, I will recommend Tax Debt Servicess to them as I did earlier.
