- What types of customers have you worked with?
KB Design + Photo offers many different services to Apple & Macintosh users in the Anchorage area. However, most commonly we develop day-to-day workflows of basic email, web browsing, and device integration using iPhones, iPads, and other Apple products.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Create a good list of Mac questions, when we work together we will start at the top of the list, work our way down and take notes along the way. Normally after each session a recap of the entire session takes place. Most clients tend to work in 1-2 hour increments.
