FUSE HVAC was able to schedule my diagnostic appointment the same day. They arrived on time and notified me ahead of time that they would soon arrive. They thoroughly inspected the appliance and located the problem. Unfortunately the part that needed to be replaced was no longer available but they super helpful in identifying that and letting me know. Value was exceptional with a very reasonable diagnostic appointment fee. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Fuse team was exceptionally professional and responsive to our call when we needed to fix our heating unit. They are reasonably priced too! We will definitely use them for future needs.

The FUSE HVAC team was absolutely fantastic when my furnace suddenly died in early January. They were quick to respond and schedule a service call and more impressively, they returned to my house in 2 days to install a new furnace.
This team excels at follow-up and follow through, which I really appreciated. They provided a couple of different heating solutions for my consideration. The on-site technicians were punctual, courteous and tidy.
I think a central A/C unit is in my future and I plan on reaching out to FUSE HVAC. :)

A guests of not-present owner, we wanted to make sure repairs could be done during our stay. Fuse contacted us about our problem, identified needed part, but let us know that part was no longer available...so we cancelled appt for repair visit...no charges at all, but free consultation! I would not hesitate to use them in the future
