- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you'd like help menu planning or creating cocktails I do charge extra for that. I can very easily let you know what ingredients are necessary to have prior to my arrival.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I hear from you we can work out what exactly you're looking for in terms of beverages and the atmosphere they can help create. I charge an amount of the total predicted hours prior to the event. Anything extra will be added on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been professionally bartending for 10 years in LA and Napa. I've created signature cocktails for restaurants headed by Michelin star chefs. Working behind these bars that were both high volume and extremely detail oriented I can confidently deliver the best service and drinks with a smile on my face. I've seen it all so I can handle it all!
