FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can collaborate on a menu that fits your budget. Some factors we consider include number of guests, ingredients, number of courses, plated vs. buffet, and travel, among other things. We are very open and love talking to clients to create the perfect fit.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cooking professionally at the Lighthouse at Enchanted Hills Camp, a summer camp for blind and visually impaired people of all ages that hosts retreats, workshops and other events during the winter. I learned to cook for groups of all sizes with all kinds of diets, life experiences and allergies. Food is an essential part of any group experience and brings people together. I love what I do!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently catered an all vegetarian wedding and it went fantastic. Everyone raved about the food, even the meat eaters, because we brought a lot of flavor and choice to the meal that kept people interested and satisfied.
