I have been offering consulting, business and vocational services from January 2000 up to the present. I have a designed strategic consulting practice, specializing in providing trainings seminars, workshops and classes that specialize in management and supervisory personnel regarding: * pre-employment testing liability * conflicts in the workplace * employer-employee relationships * micromanagement in the workplace * address other issues in the workplace I also offer specialized and developed trainings for public safety personnel, and offer custom classes in identifying and handling persons with suspected developmental disabilities and mental health issues.
