- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My standard pricing system is 50% deposit with the final payment due at time of completion. I accept payment through Paypal, which is a convenient and trustworthy source for both parties. Paypal accepts payments from clients even if the client does not have a Paypal account.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I love working with new customers and I will answer any initial questions through Thumbtack. Once I am hired, I provide my business email and request my new client provide me with any documents to assist me with their project. Once we have both reached clear communication, I will begin on the project with all deadlines predetermined beforehand. Should there be any changes requested by my new client, I am always open to making necessary changes. Communication is key to a successful project, which I take pride in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a college business background and have been writing for over 20 years. My work experience entails Published Freelance Writing, Resume Writing Business, Transcription, 10 years at the Napa District Attorney's Office (legal and research background), Court Reporting, Book Marketing and more.
