Jonathan did a great job. We were pleased with his first rework of our presentation material and the speed he did it. After the first piece, we asked him to rework several other marketing pieces. All the pieces ended up great and to our needs. He is very good at understanding what you are trying to accomplish and delivering to that. We will definitely look to Jonathan for future needs.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My standard rate for online freelance services such as Thumbtack is $30/hr.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I listen carefully to your needs and instructions for the project, I then provide design examples from personal and external sources deciding on a general direction to go for. Once that is done I will make quick samples of mock-ups, once we are clear about the details I continue on while in communication with you to complete the project.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have trained extensively via training manuals (The PowerPoint Bible) online tutorials and on the job training over 5 years to gain expert level PowerPoint skills. I have also developed advanced skills in Microsoft Word. I have also done online training to gain skills in these presentation programs: Apple Keynote, Prezi, Google Slides (I learned this when I worked at Google) , PowToon, Canva, VideoScribe and Haiku Deck I took classes at several community colleges to learn the core Adobe Suite programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Flash and am also skilled in AfterEffects.
