Introduction: Kyoko Jennings the founder of JDP Choreography, is a Dance instructor who has 10 + years of experience choreographing events, such as, Quinceanera, sweet 16, Debut, and weddings. She is an instructor located in San Diego, CA. She currently holds a Bachelor Degree in Dance and a minor in Education Studies at University of California San Diego (UCSD). She currently teaches kids, teens and adults of all levels! No experience to advance level. Kyoko is also a dance competitor and has competed at the 2022 & 2023 & 2024 Summit Championship in Latin Dance styles such as Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, and Cha Cha Cha, and competed as well in 2023 ULDC. She was also on a hip hop dance company team called Kruciaal Elements, and she was a part of CGTV Actors program in Los Angeles with Adrian R’Mante who played Esteban from Suite life of Zack & Cody, and has been in show production with Ray & Joan Kroc Center, BTAA, SWC Theater Department, EHS Television Production, EHS Theater Production, Sweetwater VAPA, and many more.
JDP Choreography has choreographed and taught
dances for Quinceaneras, Sweet Sixteen's, Weddings, Bat Mitzvah, Debut, and other special events.
JDP Team also has experience performing at many different events throughout San Diego area. So if your looking to be entertain in hip hop, Latin dance, burlesque, belly dancing, fire dancing. We have it here for you. We also offer Dancer for rent. So if you want a trained dancer that can add that extra magical spark in your dance number our dancers can certainly do that for you.
If you wish to use a dance studio space. You would have to pay a floor fee. Depending on studio location. Practice at home there is no additional fee as long as your within the traveling distance.
Her acting experience has performed in many venues throughout San Diego County, & Los Angeles starting at the age of 16 years old in both acting, musical theater, and Dance. Kyoko is trained in the instruction of dance under UCSD Dance Program, Dana Maue (SWC Dance), Lisa Green (SWC Dance), Minerva Tapia (SWC Dance), Jaami Waali (SWC Dance), Colleen Shipkowski (SWC Dance), Richie Prospal (Culture Shock Dance Center), Anthony Rodriguez (Culture Shock Dance Center), and many more. She has been trained in acting & musical theatre by Adrian R'Mante (Suite Life of Zack and Cody), Matthew Timmons (Suite Life on Deck) , Tyler Steelman (17 again) Geno Seger (Pair of Kings), Sandra Cortez (SWC Theater), and Many more.
