I have a condo in SD and a unit 4 floors up had a sink pipe burst in the wall therefore leaking all the way down through the walls to bottom floor condos. I am on the 3rd floor. Called a couple waterrestorations Co. for estimates because this is a timely repair due to mold on top of everything else. When life is disrupted by property damage, it doesnt create one stressful event but two .. the stress of the crisis itself & the stress of finding trustworthy team. Its always hard to blindly choose from a list or reading reviews.
But meeting Andy & Eric from Bold Builds Construction has provided me more assurance than the other companies we interviewed. Their confidence and excellent communication skills have eased much of the anxiety & worry.
We are still in the beginning phase of the project but things are moving so efficiently despite being holiday. They explain the process very well and I feel confident of this partnership as we slowly rebuild.

We recently completed a full remodel on a 24 unit apartment building for the Chicano federation, which was devastated by the flooding in San Diego. The project timeline was quoted 6-8 months by our competitors and we completed it in 7 weeks.
