Our pricing is tailored to each project based on scope, scale, and design needs. We offer transparent, detailed proposals with no hidden fees. For realtor referrals and repeat clients, we provide commission-based or loyalty discounts where applicable. Reach out to us for a custom quote based on your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief consultation to understand your needs, style, and goals. From there, we move into concept development, where we present mood boards and ideas tailored to your space. Once the direction is approved, we create detailed design plans, source materials and furnishings, and coordinate with contractors as needed. We stay in close communication throughout to ensure a smooth and collaborative experience.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We primarily work on residential projects, along with selected commercial projects across the Bay Area. Our projects range from full-home renovations and custom interior designs to design consulting for remodels and new construction.
