In his first message he told me the expected price and all the steps his crew would need to go through to complete the job. They did a great job! They responded quickly and were able to do the job within a couple of days. They removed existing wood that was rotting and replaced with stucco that matched the existing stucco. They also framed the windows. We will definitely use them again!
