FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are industry competitive for our region. We aren't the cheapest, but we also won't disappear as soon as we get paid. We do quality work, and charge a competitive price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually speak with the customer by email or phone to obtain important details about their project. With those details , I give a rough estimate to the customer. If they can afford that estimate, then we schedule a site visit at their home, where we get exact measurements and speak in person with the customer to really nail down exactly what they want. Then I send them an official written proposal, and we move on from there.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started 12 years ago mowing lawns and weedeating. I learned landscape construction along the way, even got to do projects around my parents house, then gradually moved to working for other people.
