Awesome service all around! Sean, the phone rep who took my initial call was professional and patient. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. Sam, who came to repair my refrigerator was prompt and excellent with communication. He explained to me what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. Less than an hour later my refrigerator was functioning as expected. He even looked at my dishwasher for free of charage. Thanks so much guys! Highly recommended.

It took two visits to fix my problem but the repair was finished and my dryer works great. The repair man was polite and worked hard to get the old part off so it could be replaced. The price was very reasonable. While setting up my appointments their response was very quick.

I called MMA Appliance to work on my Electrolux dryer since it wasn't heating at all. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. Gave us a very reasonable estimate for thermistor and thermostat. He had all the parts in his truck and fixed it the same visit. Totally PRO!!
