ASK TECHNICAL QUESTIONS about your material of carpets/upholstery and how they will be cleaned. "What type of Hot Water Extraction techniques will you be using?" "How long have you been in business?" Also ask if they are an owner-operator. These guys care the most but often are uneducated. I AM AN EDCUATED EXPERIENCED owner-operator
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That there is actually a science behind the whole process, and to turn a profit, sometimes cost are high. There are a lot of expenses are that go into this business. There are way too many inexperienced,untrained, careless, cleaners out there that could way more harm than any good.
