- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Initial consultation to get to know the client over the phone. We talk about their wardrobe frustrations and their ultimate goal. 2) Schedule appointment that fits their schedule 3) Begin Closet Audit 4) Personal Shopping at retail stores. Items are brought to the comfort of their home or client can shop with us. 5) Lookbooks are created so they have for future reference
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the retail business styling clients for 20 years. We take great pride in styling working professionals, mom, dads, and college students entering the workforce. We also hold wardrobe workshops and speaking engagements for corporate clients.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our clients range from age 13 to age 60. From teenagers wanting a new look for their school event to college grads wanting new looks for their interview, to speakers, real estate developers, attorneys, college professors, stay at home moms wanting to update their look, guest speaker at Fortune 500 companies, Style & Financial Workshops.
