FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All active CPAs are required to undergo 80 hours of California approved, continuing professional education.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

In addition to the standard tax and accounting work, we work hand-in-hand with our clients to grow their business. We assist our clients in raising capital through private equity, traditional bank loans, SBA guaranteed bank loans and hybrid funds. We also assist companies by creating and managing their international sales and distribution solutions.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you are a small business, look for a CPA with these mandatory skill sets: 1) An active CPA with training at one of the top CPA firms in the world. This insures high quality services. (Mr. Valle was trained at KPMG) 2) Insist on a CPA with an MBA at one of the top ten MBA schools in the nation. Your CPA must have the highest quality instruction to meet your needs. (James earned his MBA at UCLA) 3) Demand a CPA who has been successful in his own start ups. Your CPA should not be all talk, they must have a proven track record of success. (Mr. Valle owned and operated a McDonald's restaurant, founded a multi-million dollar international systems integration company, and co-founded several other successful companies.) 4) The CPA must have been a CFO at a publicly traded company regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission. This insures your CPA knows how to position you for growth and avoid the pitfalls that may prevent your firm from growing to this level. (James was CFO at companies traded on NASDAQ and the American Stock Exchanges.
