I had the team at OC Construction remodel a bathroom for me and Im very pleased with the end results. They were easy to work with and they were honest and upfront when it comes to cost and time. I appreciate how communicative they are with their customers. I always knew what was going on with each step of he process. They are definitely the most reliable renovation company I have ever used and I will be using them again.

I chose this company after seeing the excellent results they had adding on to a friends home. They did an equally wonderful job on ours. They were very dedicated to the work and ran a tight ship. I never noticed any behavior that wasnt ideal. They cleaned up after themselves, were very respectful of my home, and did exemplary work. Ive never run into a contractor who was as skilled as this company is. I am happy to give them 5 stars.

Our family was starting to out grow our home and so we decided to contact a few companies to get a quote on an addition and this was one of them. They offered us the best price and seemed to have the most experience so we decided to move forward. The work they did turned out beautifully and we couldnt be happier with the whole experience of having them in our house. I would hire again.

We are very happy with the work done by this company. From the very first meeting to the completion of the project they were timely, great communicators, and professional. They kept the work area clean and respected our home as well as everyone in it. The work they did was excellent. Some of the best attention to detail and craftsmanship that I’ve ever seen. We have more projects in store for them after an experience like this.

OC Construction & Consulting, Inc. designs and works within our clients budgets. OC Construction & Consulting, Inc. also assists our clients with phasing their project into smaller projects spread out over time if their budget does not allow all of the work to be completed at once. When plans are needed, OC Construction & Consulting, Inc. designs the plans to fit our clients budget. Pre construction planning is the most important part of any project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
OC Construction & Consulting, Inc obtains as much information as possible about the project over the phone. OC Construction & Consulting, Inc also has any plans emailed to us so we may review them before meeting with the client or designer. if plans are needed OC Construction & Consulting, Inc refers our clients to our design team. If the client already has plans then OC Construction & Consulting, Inc can provide an accurate estimate to them along with a project timeline once in contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OC Construction & Consulting, Inc has been in the construction industry since 2000. OC Construction & Consulting, Inc also has extensive experience in all aspects of construction from design to completion.
