Rick and his team do a group job. It’s very hard these days to find a house cleaner that provides consistently good work. Most places do great the first time but slowly get complacent and the work product starts to drop. Not Newport housekeeping. My team, Karina and Elvia, do a consistently great job each and every time and they work hard. A lot of cleaners will talk and waste time, Rick and his team get the the job done right every time, and I have been pleasantly surprised with the quality and consistency of their work from day one. It’s been about 3-4 months, and I’m still just as happy as the first cleaning. Also, Rick is a great communicator and seems to want to go above and beyond for his customers. The price isn’t the cheapest but is definitely reasonable...and as with most things in life, you get what you pay for, and I’m very satisfied with Rick and his team.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not complicated. We either charge a flat rate for for most conditions and in some instanced where it makes more sense for the home owner we charge an hourly rate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We usually only try to find the best combination of cleaning materials and products to meet the customers needs that are affordable but of the highest quality.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
There are so many cleaning services out there and so many independent people providing sub-par service that does not have an ounce of a personal touch. We wanted to be different and provide a personal experience to customers that will feel very comfortable with
