We were in the middle of a major kitchen and bathroomremodel as well as replacing flooring in the entire house. In addition, we were transforming our previous game room into a living/dining room area. I had some idea of what I was looking to do, but needed the expertise of a professional designer to help. I started looking online and came across Thumbtack. After putting in my information, I received quick feedback from three designers in my area. After looking at their websites and reading about their experience, we decided to go with Bonnie. She was a life saver! She gave us so many ideas on how to make the most of our spaces. She is knowledgeable in all areas of design and we were able to move forward with just a few hours of her help. Her fee is very reasonable and she is quick to respond to emails, phone calls and text messages. She was never put off by my continual questions or need for confirmation of furniture or door selections. I will be utilizing her services again shortly to finalize the finishing touches on our home. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Bonnie helped me pick finishes for my bathroomremodel and I'm extremely happy with how it turned out! I met her at various stores and she was always punctual which I really appreciate. She was also very responsive on text and gave lots of feedback to the tons of photos I sent over, and I learnt a lot about coordinating colors over the course of the project. I would highly recommend her to friends/family!

Bonnie helped me decide the paint color for a remodeledbathroom. The paint needed to match the new tiles, fixtures and cabinetry that went into the bathroom. Bonnie was so helpful and guided me through the process to help me find the brand and color I needed. It turned out beautifully! I may end up painting my whole place this color I like it so much.

I had/am having a great experience with Bonnie. She came by the house and gave me some ideas. We worked on a color scheme. She helped me figure out the best way to spend my limited budget that would give me the most impact. She has met me at tile and carpet stores and continues to be my crutch on decisions. Bonnie executed our home design project vision with her amazing talent and within our budget. I appreciated her hourly fee rather than the outrageous per room fee from competitors, which enabled us to design 3 rooms at a fraction of the cost. Bonnie is a color expert, and she made our outdated space look beautiful without furniture or construction, which was a boundary we set and she respected. She helped us choose window treatments, paint, tile, and rugs that completely modernized our home within our budget. Bonnie was always there to offer advice when asked but she could also take the lead when help was needed with color decisions, purchasing supplies, or coordinating deliveries. She responded promptly to texts and emails and was always on time for our weekend shopping adventures. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I love to do hourly consultations on smaller sized projects that are frequently ignored by other designers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial “meet and greet” is always complimentary. However, in light of
COVID-19, I am moving away from the typical full contact "meet and greet" to one that is done remotely. This is accomplished with emailed or texted pictures by the potential client, in order to get some foundation for my initial design ideas.

I have an A.A. Degree from The Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach, California.
