Introduction: Loving well isn't something we are taught in school and many of us didn't have the best role models growing up. Deep love can challenge us in ways that nothing else can; it inspires the very best in us, and can trigger the absolute worst. One of the biggest challenges we face is: How can I love you without giving up me? So many of us lose ourselves into love. Relationship work is my passion. Helping couples recover from difficult relationship challenges such as infidelity, running on auto-pilot, wondering how life got in the way of love. How about you? Are you feeling disconnected? I am currently writing two books to help people work through INFIDELITY. When I take someone on as a client, my commitment to their growth and healing is strong. We work together as a team. I am consistent and available, in session, and between sessions as needed. I consider it a privilege to facilitate relational healing and am committed to facilitate connection, healing and transformation, in the most expedient and thorough ways possible. I have helped hundreds of couples get their relationship back on track, and/or recover themselves after a Breakup. My background, along with my doctorate in clinical psychology, and my work as a practitioner in the field for over 15 years, gives me both the experience and education needed to serve my clients in powerful ways. My strong corporate background gives me an unusual edge. I function as an executive coach, coaching business leaders, and mediating conflict to successful resolution. I have created outstanding interdepartmental training programs, and facilitate communication workshops, and couples programs. I help individuals, couples and executives, live into their best version of themselves, that includes cultivating the skills of deep listening, and authentic expression, which helps build connection. None of us sets out wanting to hurt our partner. And yet, when we are unable to effectively communicate our needs, or listen from a place of trust, it can be very painful, for both parties. When our relationships are in distress, it impacts every facet of our lives. Being able to listen, hear, problem-solve, and speak our truth in ways that create connection rather than withdrawal, is an art which can be learned. The more we are able to demonstrate our love, and trust in our partner and ourselves, the more extraordinary our life can become. Love heals. Learning how to give and receive love generously is the greatest gift we can give to our partner, our children, and ourselves.
