About
Touch brings us back into our bodies in a world and culture that keeps us stuck in our minds. As a solo practitioner with 8 years in business, I offer a grounded, intentional space for you to slow down, reconnect, and feel fully present again. My work is gentle yet effective, focused on helping you release tension, listen to your body’s signals, and restore a sense of ease. Sessions are tailored to your needs so you can relax deeply, reset your nervous system, and leave feeling more centered and connected. If you’re ready to come home to your body, I’d be honored to work with you.

I just felt stuck in life and anxious - not myself … Brad spent his time with me and taught me of the importance of breath and how massage can bring me back in my body. With some energy work that felt safe - learning about how he didn’t do anything to me but was just with me was nice. Also cranial sacral therapy is great I can’t believe I’ve never heard of it. He helped my back pain a lot with barely any pressure. Thx Brad
