- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for clients who train more than 2x/wk, or buy 5, 10, or 15 sessions at once for personal training as well as self defense classes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we do a free 30 minute video call to really get to know one another and more importantly the clients concerns and goals related to fitness, nutrition, or self defense.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in engineering and physiology, am a ACSM CPT certified, a purple belt in taekwando, a yellow belt in Krav Maga, and am a current medical student.
