Brian came out to my house and was very fast at responding to me and flexible to work around the times I could have him over. It can be uncomfortable having someone in your home but he was very professional and puts you at ease with his friendly demeanor and great attitude. Overall I would 100% recommend him if someone is looking for a good pest guy.

Checked fencing, attic and other wooden structures. I was bracing myself for the results. Despite there some signs of unwanted guests at some point, he said no action was needed now. Inspection was completed, discussed treatments a year or two in the future. All for no charge, will definitely reach out next year or so. Thank you.

What incredible, quick and THOROUGH service!! LIFE SAVERS! If I could give 10 stars I would. I was plagued with HUGE SPIDERS infesting my new home (inside and out - see pics below). Not knowing where to turn, I found P.E.S.T on Yelp. After explaining the issue to Roberto, he understood my urgency and scheduled an inspection for the next day and provided an immediate quote. Let me tell you - for the service they provided I would've happily paid double! Two days later, Brian came and thoroughly cleaned every spider web and sprayed every panel of the outside of the home, the entire garage AND the inside of my house. It's been two weeks now and NO SPIDER SIGHTINGS! Another amazing bonus is the outside of my house and garage are sparkling clean thanks to Brian's detailed clean out of all the cobwebs. THANK YOU P.E.S.T.! I plan to sign up for the quarterly treatment to make sure those suckers stay gone! :)

Exterminating solutions with the help of Ryan and Roberto were excellent. Not only in service but in quality. They not only gave me the best price out of a couple companies to help our three story 5000+sq ft get tented, but also blew the competition away on getting back to us. They sent pictures to us during the process, and let us know accurately the completion timeline and stuck to it. I would highly recommend.

Our pricing is the most competitive in the industry. We are able to do this as we operate and manage our own crews. What this means to you is we can pass on this savings eliminating the need to subcontract your service to other companies like most you find. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free termite inspection to determine your treatment needs. Once completed we will provide you with a written estimate to have your work completed.
