- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are extremely flexible with our pricing. We are passionate about what we do so we want to provide our clients with high quality photos within their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is mostly about making our customers comfortable before and during the shoot. We are big on communication and will make sure all logistics are handled prior to the scheduled shoot. Our biggest feedback is that we are always ourselves and it allows new customers to become relaxed and enjoy their special moment.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a photography+videography couple, we both started our training 5 years ago working for a Media company. We launched our own company and have both trained in photography and videography. Ashley specialized in more photography and Marcus videography. However whichever package you choose we are both comfortable and love being the second shooter.
