My favorite projects are ones where I get to fix a mold problem in a home that is making the occupants sick. Dozens of times over the years we have been called in because the home or business occupants feel as if the building is making them sick. I always recommend an air test to see what they're breathing and if it comes back positive for mold we design a treatment protocol that meets their needs and budget. After the remediation I often get reports that the occupants begin to feel better. That is why I'm in this business. To help people with a problem at a fair price, and in their time frame.

Tim responded immediately to our finding mold in our attic; a shock when we are trying to list our house. He explained everything; we were really impressed with the nontoxic, enzyme-based remediation concept. He arrived quickly and we received a warranty documentation that can be transferred to a buyer.
