I reached out to PRO TANKLESS and a few minutes later Yeison responded. The price was right and they started on really short notice. The install included a top of the line tankless water heater and outlet install. Very clean install. Really happy.

John and the team were amazing. Like most home repairs this came out of nowhere for us and we ended up needing a replacement but they gave us options and explained everything and when we chose the option best for our budget there was no pushing just informative the entire time. I was juggling kids home from spring break, and work meetings during install time and they were so kind and worked so efficiently. I was grateful for the text communication since I was stuck in a meeting I couldn’t leave but was able to send payment and thank them for everything they did. Later they called us to make sure water was nice and hot and everything was working. Also we later realized they also went the extra mile and helped us out by adding a couple screws to the door of the water heater (fixing it) and making it easy to open and close again. Thank you all so much!!!
