I have been looking for someone to clean our home for over a year and never would consider bringing in a stranger without a personal recommendation but I stumbled across this site a couple days ago and started reading Ana's reviews, which were all five star! Ana and her husband came to do a deep cleaning of my house. While my husband and I tried to prep the house by getting rid of the clutter, they worked hard to get surfaces, nooks, and crannies clean. She told me they wouldn’t leave until it was done, so they were here just over 6 hours, even with our help. They were thorough and dedicated. I was very happy with the results and the value. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our prices varies according to their needs and the type of house/appt/commercial. I do my best to provide great and affordable prices to every costumer, and to my regular clientele they receive anything from 5-15% discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My typical process, if times permits, is as follows: First, I will give an estimate according to the request. Secondly, I will request to view the job if time permits. The reason I do this is to finally give my final estimate, as some houses requires more detail and attention than others. Lastly, will set up the date and time and the job will be booked and finish in a timely manner.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I always believed in having a business of my own, but never in my mind would had imagine of a cleaning company. It was until I got married and I enjoyed cleaning my home and with all the compliments I received from friends that I decided to give it a try. To my surprising, my hard work has paid off. Now I have an amazing team of 3 ladies whom I have trained to continue providing the same great work.
